Support Using CrashPlanThe default client configuration is sufficient for most users. In some cases, users may wish to modify settings to fit specific needs. For advanced options used to modify the client settings, see the CrashPlan PROe client settings documentation. However, some settings, like encryption and authentication, are mandatory.

CrashPlan PROe is designed to be self-service. You can manage your backups, restore files, and adjust settings by visiting the web interface or by launching the client on your computer.
