2024 Summer Refresh Specs

This is a technology refresh program where the Dean's Office underwrites a portion of the cost of a specific machine configuration.  The cost share amount is based on the lowest price configuration.  This year the lowest cost configuration was ~$1492 for the PC Laptop configuration so the Dean's cost share will be ~$746.  That share has been subtracted from the actual cost to determine the unit's cost listed below. (All costs are estimates)

Please note that your KFS account cannot be billed until the equipment is physically delivered and you confirm the receipt to your business office and the charges are more likely to hit in FY25 than FY24. If your KFS account is outside of your home department, please inform the business manager of that account to expect a charge.
